Owner, Founder & Clinical Director (driven, ambitious, and fast-moving)

Location:

Hybrid - 30% on-site (Primrose Hill), 70% remote

Salary:

38,000-45,000 per annum (based on experience)

Executive Assistant

THE OPPORTUNITY:



You'll work side-by-side (virtually and in person) with our driven Owner, ensuring he remains focused, productive, and operating at his highest level. You'll be the calm in the storm--organising, anticipating, solving, and enabling. From orchestrating high-level meetings to streamlining personal logistics, you'll be his right hand and trusted gatekeeper.

This is a pivotal role with exposure to exciting strategic projects, high-level decision-making, and direct influence on the success of rapidly growing businesses.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Strategic Executive Support



Own the Founder's complex calendar and priorities--ensuring he's always in the right place, with the right focus. Prepare for meetings, handle follow-ups, and act as the central communication hub between stakeholders. Take ownership of new projects--bringing order, action plans, and accountability. Design and maintain efficient systems for reporting, scheduling, productivity, and performance tracking.

2. Personal Life Optimisation



Take the stress out of juggling personal and family logistics: appointments, events, travel, and daily planning. Help ensure smooth alignment between work and home life--anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving them.

3. Tech-Forward Productivity Champion



Drive adoption of cutting-edge digital tools (Asana, Notion, etc.) to enhance productivity. Set up and maintain digital systems for filing, task management, and collaboration. Coach the team on tech best practices, ensuring tools are used effectively and efficiently.

4. Gatekeeping & Operational Flow



Be the filter--protecting the Founder's time and focus from unnecessary interruptions. Solve problems before they reach him. Handle day-to-day queries with confidence and discretion. Create smart workflows that help others know when and how to engage with him effectively.

5. Culture, Communication & Growth



Be an ambassador for excellence--supporting team morale, communication standards, and operational consistency. Help lead initiatives to foster a high-performance, values-driven culture across locations. Play an active role in shaping scalable systems and processes that will support continued growth.

6. Trust, Discretion, and Professionalism



Handle sensitive business and personal information with the utmost confidentiality. Be a true confidante--discreet, reliable, and committed to acting in the Founder's best interests.

WHAT YOU BRING:Experience & Skills



3-5+ years in a high-level EA role supporting a senior leader or entrepreneur. Proven ability to juggle complex diaries, competing demands, and personal/professional intersections. Expert in digital productivity tools and tech-savvy by nature. Exceptional communicator--clear, concise, and confident across all channels. Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and anticipates needs before they arise.

Preferred:



Experience within healthcare, dentistry, wellness, or similarly fast-paced, client-focused environments. A track record of introducing new systems, tools, or workflows that made measurable improvements.

Personal Traits



Calm, composed, and confident under pressure. Naturally proactive and solutions-oriented--you love solving problems before others even notice them. Discreet, trustworthy, and loyal. Professional yet approachable--able to hold your own with senior stakeholders and bring warmth to every interaction.

LOGISTICS:



Salary:

38,000-45,000 (DOE)

Working style:

Hybrid--typically 1-2 days per week in Primrose Hill; rest remote.

Flexibility:

Occasionally required for out-of-hours support or events.

Transport:

Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car.
