We're now looking for a talented and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide professional, confidential support to our Managing Director. This is a key role within the business -- central to ensure the smooth operation of the MD's office and contributing to the effective delivery of our strategic goals.

The Role
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, providing high-level administrative, organisational and project support. The role requires a proactive, discreet, and efficient professional who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively across the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the MD's diary, meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
Handle communications, prioritising, filtering and responding where appropriate.
Prepare reports, briefing packs, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate meetings and events -- managing logistics, venues, and follow-up actions.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners, clients, and board members.
Maintain and improve office systems and processes for efficiency.
Support strategic or business projects as directed by the MD.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Manage expenses and budgets related to the MD's office.
Represent the MD's office with professionalism and positivity.
About You
You'll be an experienced and adaptable EA or PA with a strong service ethic and the confidence to work closely with senior leaders. You will naturally embody The Westons Way -- demonstrating integrity, care, collaboration, and a focus on excellence in every interaction.
Essential Skills & Experience:
3-5 years+ experience supporting at MD, CEO, or senior leadership level.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising at senior levels.
High attention to detail and sound judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing demands.
Desirable:
Experience in a related industry (Social Housing, Construction, or related services).
Exposure to board or governance processes (agendas, minutes, packs).
Experience supporting business or change projects.
