Working closely with the Head of G&D and the Adviser Growth and Development Leaders, this role provides essential support to the team through effective planning, communication, and data management.
Advisor communications - manage weekly and ad hoc communications, incentive communications, and oversee the flow of information shared on the Adviser Team chat and Adviser Channel.
Adviser meeting logistics - including venue selection, scheduling, and follow-ups; document meetings; manage action items.
Learning and development coordination - maintain learning runway and skills assessment documentation; handle Adviser session logistics; collaborate with internal colleagues, SJP, and external partners where appropriate.
Presentation and marketing support - produce slides for G&D initiatives and meetings; assist with marketing material creation and distribution.
Data and reporting - manage data entry, own Monday.com boards, and produce monthly and quarterly Adviser cohort performance reports; handle ad hoc data queries.
General administrative support - assist with incentives logistics and planning; coordinate with external providers.
Cross-functional liaison - work closely with Risk & Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams to support G&D leadership and strategy planning.
