Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency
Design and develop seasonal menus, daily specials, and signature dishes
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to meet budget goals
Maintain strong communication with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless service
Stay current with culinary trends and continuously improve menu offerings
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a busy restaurant environment
Culinary degree or professional training preferred
