Job Description
We're recruiting an Executive Chef for a growing Gastro Pub & Restaurant Group in London. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an Executive, Operations or Multi-Site Head Chef to join a forward-thinking business that is heavily investing in its people, venues and long-term food vision.
The group is passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking, local sourcing and sustainability, offering real creative autonomy and the chance to shape menus, concepts and standards across multiple sites.
The role
- Lead food operations across multiple gastro pub and restaurant sites.
- Set and maintain culinary standards group-wide.
- Create and develop seasonal menus for individual venues.
- Drive GP performance, consistency and operational excellence.
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth and new concepts.
- Fresh, seasonal and ingredient led.
- Locally sourced with a sustainability focus.
- Modern gastro pub menus with individuality per site.
- Quality-driven, creative and commercially balanced.
- 65,000+ salary
