Role: Executive Coordinator

Salary: 30,000-40,000 per annum

Reporting into: Bradley Webster - Managing Partner

Supporting: Bradley Webster - Managing Partner. Tim Bush - Senior Partner. Andrew Little - COO

Based: London (Eltham) will consider other locations: Either Birmingham or Manchester.

As the Baily Garner Executive Coordinator, you will provide a high-level administrative support to key members of the Board, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and often lead on key projects and operational efficiencies. Your role is to support the practice and its leaders by ensuring daily operations run effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:




This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.

Communication and Coordination:




The Executive Coordinator act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external parties. They facilitate communication, ensuring information flows effectively.

Project Management Support:




Lead and drive projects forward, project planning, task delegation, and tracking progress.

Process Improvement:




Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Confidentiality and Discretion:




The Executive Coordinator will often handle sensitive information and need to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.

Independent Decision Making:




You may need to make independent decisions regarding scheduling, travel, or other administrative tasks, especially in roles supporting senior executives.

Excellent organisational skills:

Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is crucial.

Strong communication skills:

Facilitating communication and conveying information clearly is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software:

This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and potentially project management software.

In essence, The Executive Coordinator is the backbone of organisational efficiency, enabling Bradley, Tim and Andrew to focus on strategic goals by handling the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to drive projects forward.

Timeline:


The application window closes on the 30th of May. We aim for shortlisted candidates to be invited to a first stage Microsoft Teams interview during the week commencing 2nd June. Formal interviews will follow in the week commencing 9th June. We aim to make an offer shortly thereafter, with the successful candidate expected to start by the end of July 2025.
