About You:
Creative Education Trust is seeking an exceptional Executive Director - Safeguarding and Student Experience to lead our Trust-wide strategy for safeguarding, personal development, behaviour, and careers education. This is a pivotal role for a visionary leader who is passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and enriching environments where every student can thrive.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven strategic leadership experience in education, safeguarding, or student welfare
- Deep understanding of statutory safeguarding responsibilities and best practice
- A track record of driving improvement in student behaviour, wellbeing, and personal development
- Experience of working with governance bodies and external agencies
- The ability to inspire and lead senior colleagues across multiple schools
About the Directorate:
You will lead a team of functional heads across safeguarding, personal development, behaviour, and careers, and work closely with Headteachers and Principals to ensure consistent, high-quality provision across all schools. You'll report to governance committees and represent the Trust externally, championing our values of opportunity, equity, and ambition.
