EXECUTIVE DRIVER - CARE HOME GROUP

Main Base: Wolverhampton

Average 37.5 hours/week (Flexible across 7 days, including evenings and weekends)

Salary: 25,000

We are recruiting a professional and presentable Driver to support the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team with their transport needs across our 42 sites.

The role will involve travel across the full Hartford Care estate, including care homes located throughout the

Midlands

,

South of England

,

South East

, and selected locations in the

North of England

. While the main base is in

Wolverhampton

, the Executive Driver will be required to travel regularly to sites across regions including:

West Midlands

(including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Tipton)

South East

(Kent, Surrey, Sussex)

South West

(Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset)

London and surrounding areas

Northern England

(Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Doncaster)
This is a UK-wide role that requires a high degree of flexibility, geographical awareness, and the ability to plan efficient travel routes across long distances.

This is a trusted and high-responsibility role requiring discretion, reliability, and excellent driving standards. You will be based in Wolverhampton but expected to drive to various care home locations, train stations, and occasional events such as conferences or sporting functions.

The role requires flexibility, with working hours averaging
