We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive HR Director to join our dynamic team in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. As a pivotal leader, the Executive HR Director will possess a profound understanding of human resources strategies, policies, and practices, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives and vision.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent and manage staffing needs effectively. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and ethical workplace.

Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience. Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making and policy development. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven expertise in developing and executing HR strategies in a staffing and recruiting context. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in human resources management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and talent management initiatives. Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform and drive strategic HR decisions.

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
