PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: Salary up to 115K depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Purpose of the role
Your Key Responsibilities and Impact
You'll manage the Chief Product Officer's office, ensuring seamless coordination of executive-level activities across the BBC and with external stakeholders. Acting as a trusted representative, you'll engage with senior figures internally and externally, including government departments. You'll contribute to or lead operational activities within the Product Group, ensuring alignment with broader priorities, and serve as a first responder to emerging issues, triaging and escalating matters requiring executive attention. You'll work with other Executive Leads and PA's to ensure alignment between divisions and departments.
Essential Criteria

• Proven experience working with senior executives within large, complex organisations.
• Strong political acumen and the ability to represent executive leadership with credibility and discretion.
• Exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working without direct line management authority, but with high levels of influence and accountability.
• Skilled in distilling complex information into clear, concise briefings and soundbites.
