with experience in construction (ideally high-end residential) to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you will oversee office management, support procurement, and ensure the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly.
Duties
Oversee
office management

Support and coordinate
procurement processes
for high-end residential projects
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Monitor
budgets, costs, and procurement schedules
to support efficient project delivery
Manage
purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
to maintain smooth financial workflows
Track and maintain
materials and site stock levels
Research, negotiate, and build strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best value and quality
Manage
project data and documentation
on Dropbox, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Handle
incoming calls and office enquiries
, providing a professional first response
Assist with
company insurance renewals, health & safety documentation, and staff recruitment processes
Provide
administrative support
for reporting, compliance, and project documentation
Proactively anticipate needs, identify challenges, and implement solutions to keep operations running seamlessly
