Job Description


We have partnered with an established and pioneering organisation who require a high-level Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis in their prestigious London Offices.

The role requires exceptional communication skills along with excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.

You will manage the daily operations to ensure of a professional and safe working environment, whilst supporting the Managing Director with EA duties to maximise productivity.

To be considered for Executive PA role you must:

  • Proven experience operating in a similar position.
  • Extensive experience of Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally educated to Degree Level in English; Communications or Business Administration and minimum of \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level or equivalent in English/Communications or similar subject area
  • Experience of managing invoices and expenses and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Organised and comfortable decision making and problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail
Key duties of the Executive PA role Include:
  • Manage the daily operations of the Group including contractors, facilities, landlord liaison, security and stationery to ensure a safe, efficient and effective working environment for the team.
  • Provide professional administrative support in the initiation, composition, typing and editing of executive correspondence and production of management reports.
  • Prepare the Board and Leadership team for key meetings.
  • Arrange internal and external events and meetings/conferences.
  • Manage daily diary of appointments for the Managing Director
  • Organise all domestic and international travel arrangements for the Managing Director. Support the Board and Leadership Members where appropriate to deliver T&E efficiencies.
  • Manage the expenses for the Managing Director in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain an organised filing system of papers and electronic documents, update and suggest/make improvements to databases, E-Systems
  • Manage queries and requests for information, both internal and external and execute timely responses to actionable requests.
  • Support the Managing Director with drafting and cascading all communications both internal and external.
