Pick Everard are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as an Executive PA in our thriving Leicester office.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as an Executive PA, working closely with two of Pick Everard\'s Partners.

In this role, you will be supporting the Partners in a range of activities, to ensure the smooth running of their schedules and by extension, the wider business.

You will act as a first point of contact and gatekeeper, fielding and screening communications and using initiative to respond on behalf of the Partner where appropriate. You will be proficient in communicating with others, both internally and externally, and be able to produce all correspondence and documents to a very high standard. This role is crucial in ensuring our Partners are able to conserve and maximize efficiency of time by reminders of important tasks and deadlines. You will be able to understand the requirements of the business, and be able to respond to queries with efficiency and sensitivity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management using own initiative to make reasoned decisions, including proactively coordinating and arranging meetings
  • Preparation of confidential agendas and document packs for meetings, minute taking and distribution of minutes for key and senior management meetings
  • Develops and utilises filing and retrieval systems to ensure relevant information and documents are available in a timely manner
  • Prepares presentations using appropriate branding in a timely manner, reviews professional publications and highlights any relevant articles to Partner
  • Organises client meetings, seminars and events off site as required. Work with the Marketing Events team to ensure any client event planning and organisation runs smoothly and to schedule
  • Attendance at events where necessary, running professional errands
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, tickets, travel plans, itineraries and delegating to admin resource where appropriate.
  • Undertakes and completes, to a high standard, special projects, research or tasks and reports on findings
  • Undertake additional personal workload and responsibilities to meet the requirements of the business
  • Build rapport with external clients and organise / attend client events where required

About You

Key Requirements:
  • Professional, courteous manner
  • PA/Executive Assistant experience providing high level support
  • Excellent ability in MS Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and other appropriate packages
  • Secretarial qualifications and RSA or equivalent is desirable
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality, and the sensitive nature of communications/documents
  • Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and use own initiative to solve problems
