We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring the executive's time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently and professionally.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Executive
Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing notes
Attend meetings where required and produce accurate minutes and follow-ups
Operational & Business Support
Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, and partners
Assist with project coordination and tracking key actions and deadlines
Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
Handle expenses, invoices, and basic financial administration
Personal Assistance (as required)
Manage personal appointments and commitments
Arrange personal travel, events, and logistics
Handle ad-hoc personal tasks with discretion and efficiency
Skills & ExperienceEssential
Proven experience as an Executive PA, Personal Assistant, or similar senior support role
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Desirable
Experience supporting C-suite or Founder-led businesses
Project management or operations exposure
Experience working in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments
