About the opportunity: A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Executive Performance Head Chef to join our Football Performance department at Finch Farm.

You will have responsibility for the food production and service standards across our Finch Farm training facility, with direct accountability for the delivery of food service to the Men\xe2\x80\x99s First Team, whilst also having oversight of the delivery of provision across the Women\xe2\x80\x99s team, Academy, and Everton colleagues.

You will operate directly in line with our football strategy and performance focussed culture across the Club, with the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders to develop menus that emphasise performance meals and recipes.

The role has key working relationships across the Performance Department but specifically with our Assistant Head of Sports Science & Nutrition. The role plays a fundamental part in helping our players to achieve their individual nutritional goals, ultimately enhancing health, recovery, and performance. You will also be responsible for the supervision, development and management of the overall function, including staff management, menu development and monitoring budgets for the department.

Not only will you get to be with us and play a huge part of a moment in history for a storied Football Club, but you will play a lead role in ensuring our players are in peak physical condition.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Executive Performance Head Chef who will come and join us and be the heart and soul of performance strategy.

You will have previous experience within a fast-paced, elite sporting environment, and can demonstrate experience as a Head Performance Chef in a professional catering environment providing nutritional meals to elite sports professionals.

You must be comfortable working with a wide variety of demands and be flexible enough to support a team in an ever-changing environment and will be required to travel with the team to home and away games following their weekly schedule, ensuring all food provided meets the presentation, taste and performance needs of the group.

This role is on a permanent contact, based within Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood).
