Grade C -

32,471 (National Framework) or 38,143 (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of 581 per annum for those working from home. Please note for part time roles - this will be pro rata.

In the last year as an

Executive Personal Assistant

in the

Regulatory Leadership

- Mental Health, Primary and Community or Hospitals team

, you might have:

. Organised a national stakeholder event, ensuring every detail, from invites to logistics, ran seamlessly.

. Coordinated briefing materials and diary planning for a high-profile inspection visit, enabling the Chief Inspector to focus on strategic priorities.

The role



You'll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you'll:

. Provide executive support: Manage diaries, emails, meetings, and travel for the Chief Inspectors, ensuring they're always prepared and supported.

. Coordinate office operations: Keep things running smoothly by managing office systems, handling correspondence, and supporting team logistics.

. Act as a key liaison: Build strong relationships across CQC and with external partners, representing the Chief Inspectors with professionalism and care.

Experience supporting senior leaders

: You've worked closely with directors or executives, managing diaries, emails, and meetings with professionalism and discretion.

: You've handled multiple tasks at once, prioritised effectively, and kept things on track in a busy environment.

Clear and confident communication

: You've written and shared information clearly, including preparing briefings or presentations, and liaised with a range of stakeholders.
