Overview



We are Trampoline NH CIC

, a social enterprise that provides business incubation services, supports community entrepreneurship, and promotes ethical leadership in SMEs, in underserved communities.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to work with us as an Executive & Programme Support Associate.

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills, ability, and experience to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Executive Director and Founder (EDF), Heads of Operations, Programmes, and HR, encompassing duties such as diary management, travel arrangements, events planning, and some support with project coordination. They may also assist with communications, research, and reporting.

They will have a positive attitude, a great sense of initiative, be a good team player, and have the willingness to grow with us in this exciting phase of our development.

The job



The aims of the job are to:

1. Provide support to the EDF, including documenting Board of Directors and Advisory Board meetings.

2. Provide programme support and event coordination, including collating data for monitoring and evaluation.

3. Perform general administrative duties for the EDF, Heads of Operations, Programmes, and HR.

4. In tandem with the rest of HR and Admin Team, develop and implement sound and reliable admin systems and procedures.

5. Alongside the Office and Admin Associate, provide office cover to ensure it is always manned during our core opening hours.

6. Be the first point of contact for Trampoline's executive operations.

Conditions



Initially, fixed term for one year (to 30th April 2026). Part-time.

Term: 12 months (renewable, subject to successful performance and KPI reviews).

Hours: 28 hours per week.

Salary: pro-rata of 29,500 FTE.

Pension contribution: employer (3%) and employee (minimum 5%).

Annual leave entitlement: pro-rata of 25 days FTE.

Location - hybrid: from our offices in Southwark, London SE1 and SE17, and occasionally from community settings, and from home.

Start date: 01st May 2025.

Accountable to: Executive Director Founder / Head of HR & Admin (when appointed).

JOB DESCRIPTION



Executive support



i. Diary management for EDF, including synching office and personal calendars.

ii. Schedule meetings, including Board of Directors and Advisory Board meetings.

iii. Handle sensitive correspondence.

iv. Coordinate travel arrangements, with Personal Assistant.

Programme support



i. Assist with project logistics, including event planning.

ii. Provide support with monitoring and evaluation.

General administrative support



i. Minutes, notes taking, and dictation.

ii. Spreadsheet creation.

iii. Work with the HR & Admin Team to maintain and update filing systems and manage our MS SharePoint server.

Schedule and manage weekly Business Surgeries and Diagnostic Surgeries.

Events planning and management



i. Create (in collaboration with EDF and Head of Programmes), update, and maintain Trampoline's events calendar (for training, learning, pop-up market, and networking events).

ii. Assist Programme Team to plan, organise, and manage programme delivery bookings and logistics arrangements.

Manage Trampoline's in person and online events, including participants list. Work closely with Trampoline's Programme Associate for organising our trading and networking events.

Data Entry



Maintain relevant leads on Zoho - CRM and ensure new applications are regularly processed. Conduct regular checks on Zoho - CRM to ensure registration forms are dully filling in by applicants.

Monitoring and Evaluation



Provide support to Head of Programmes for generating quarterly monitoring reports for all programmes, including Equality and Diversity data monitoring. Monitor key data entry relating to all programmes' activities (training, learning, trading, networking events, as well as coaching / mentoring support). Generate feedback / evaluation forms and their related QR codes for all programmes' activities. (for both individual training and overall programmes, upon completion). Regularly update and maintain monitoring systems for both internal and external purposes.

Overall Administration



Maintain effective paperless records keeping systems and procedures. Comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
