Business Client Development




Deliver an extraordinary best in class and personalise level of service to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out-reach Perform to expert level to build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs) Super VICs & top clients Initiate & execute bespoke events & experiences for your clients

Leadership & Engagement Support




Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador & representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, campaigns Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge

Operations




Expert of Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation Attend the buys & communicates product and client feedback to buyers & managers

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge





WHO YOU ARE




Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player Experience in a premium/luxury environment * Excellent communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge
