Following our service review, we are pleased to announce that we have the following role opportunities within the Executive Support/Corporate Services for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our very busy, dedicated team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support / assistance to staff within the teams you support. In addition you will arrange, administer and support various meetings as required. Excellent customer services is also an essential component of this role.
About You
We are seeking to appoint an individual holding excellent organisational and communication skills to provide first-class support to our teams.
The successful candidate must be proactive, show initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Working with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tasks daily requires an excellent level of IT competence.
You will be flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that the highest standards of customer care are maintained in all aspects of service delivery.
In addition, you will be expected to participate in the development and continual improvement of this part of the service.
