About The Role
The Executive & Team Support Administrator provides high-level support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and their direct reports, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Security & Resilience Leadership Team. This role combines executive assistance, team coordination, and administrative responsibilities to help the CISO and leadership team deliver on strategic, operational, and governance objectives.

What You'll Spend Your Time Doing
Executive Support to CISO (Primary Responsibility)Manage the CISO's, email, schedule, appointments, and meeting coordination, ensuring effective time management.
Support the preparation of, briefing notes, presentations, and documentation for meetings, steering committees, and board updates.
Take minutes for the regular meetings attended by the CISO and direct reports, this includes: Cyber SteerCo, Vulnerability Managment Meeting, Legal Entity Briefings and ICT Risk meetings.
Track and follow up on action items assigned to the CISO or requiring their input.
Coordinate communications on behalf of the CISO (emails, reports, stakeholder updates).
Support CISO in prioritising activities and ensuring alignment with business-critical initiatives.
Leadership Team Support (Secondary Responsibility)Provide administrative and logistical support to the CISO's direct reports as required (e.g., calendar support, document preparation, follow-up on agreed actions).
Assist with coordination of cross-team activities, workshops, and leadership offsites.
Maintain and monitor shared action logs and reporting templates for leadership team meetings.
Act as a central point of contact for routine information requests across the Cybersecurity Leadership Team.
General Team Administrative SupportManage team-level administrative processes including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and expense tracking.
Organise and coordinate team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action item management.
Maintain and update team documentation, shared repositories, and distribution lists.
Support onboarding/offboarding activities for new joiners and leavers within the Security & Resilience team.
Support and maintain oversight of the Security team mailbox, ensuring all requests are assigned to team members and dealt with in a timely manner.
What We Need From YouProven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a corporate environment (ideally within technology, cybersecurity, or financial services) managing cross-team interactions.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Experience with purchase order systems, action tracking tools, and document management platforms desirable.
Proactive and resourceful, with a focus on anticipating needs and driving tasks to completion.
Experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar support role.
Experience in supporting technology or cybersecurity functions is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
