The role:



We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Executry team. In this role, you will independently manage a caseload of executry files, working proactively within a team of dedicated Executry Paralegals.



The successful candidate will handle both testate and intestate estates from the initial client meeting through to finalisation, delivering a high standard of service throughout.



You should have a solid understanding of inheritance tax, including relevant exemptions and reliefs, and be confident in preparing inheritance tax calculations and executry accounts.





The candidate:



Our ideal candidate will have relevant formal qualification(s), preferably as recognised by the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal scheme and at least 5 years' experience dealing with executries. We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral, good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
