Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

You will be responsible for managing the scheme within the Slough Contract, which involves motivating, advising and encouraging clients with varied medical conditions and abilities to participate in sports and physical activities. You will also oversee/deliver exercise sessions to referred clients including gym and activity sessions.

We need a GP Exercise Referral Co-ordinator who will...

Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified Have experience in delivering referral assessments build relationships with local healthcare professionals to encourage referrals Have the ability to motivate and support customers making enjoyable visits Have excellent communication skills promoting equality and diversity Be able to work independently and manage own workload, achieve targets and support the team Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members
This role will require working 24 hours over 4-5 days and a DBS check to be completed.
