Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for on site, structural movement joint installers who have knowledge of waterproofing, concrete works and preferably movement joint installations.
Duties
Preparation of concrete surfaces - cutting, scabbling, grinding. Installation of specialist borders, concrete and resins. Application of epoxy adhesives to various substrates. Installation of chemical anchors - drilling concrete. Assembling expansion joint components and fixing in position. Installation of joint sealants, deck waterproofing systems - mastic asphalt and polyurethane systems. Use of plant - air compressors, scabblers, drills, grinders, surface preparation equipment, mixing drills. Travelling throughout the UK to differing project sites Working away from home on a weekly basis
Skills
Specialist training given during probationary period CSCS Card, Specific Skills Card or NVQ required Driving License required
