Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Lead Window and Door Installer
to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation of a variety of window and door products to a high professional standard, while leading and mentoring a small team of installers. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with excellent technical skills and leadership experience in the fenestration industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out the installation of uPVC, aluminium and composite windows and doors in residential and/or commercial settings
Lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of installers on-site
Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process
Carry out final quality checks and ensure job completion meets customer expectations and company standards
Identify and troubleshoot any installation issues or challenges on-site
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order
Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and on time
Requirements:
Proven experience in window and door installation (minimum 3 years preferred)
Leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of different window and door systems and installation techniques
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Own basic tools (specialist tools will be provided if required)
