We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist in seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

2 Years previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in bartending is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work evenings and weekends. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service in a vibrant atmosphere.
