Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated experience site Supervisor Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team to ensure all areas are spotless and well-maintained.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in commercial settings Rota management, organise and coordinate staff to cover shifts Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively Follow specified cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards to management Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable Proven experience of a Team Leader and rota management Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks within designated timeframes Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
