The Role
You'll help deliver an excellent guest experience across the park, including:
Welcoming guests and handling check-ins/outs
Managing bookings, enquiries, and payments
Providing great customer service at reception, food & beverage areas, and events
Covering sales in our on-site shop, including till operation and stock presentation
Assisting with cleaning checks, basic setup, and reporting maintenance issues
Supporting events and working closely with other teams
About You
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Comfortable handling cash and working with till systems
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience helpful but not essential
