Application question(s):

How many years of experience do you have leading activities or supervising children in camps, clubs, or schools? Which age groups have you worked with? (We're looking for 5-12 years old) What specialisms or activity areas do you excel in? (e.g., sports, arts & craft, STEM, drama, gymnastic, martial art and indoor games)? Are you available for the majority of school holidays (Easter, Summer, and half-term)? Are you available for after school club during the school term Monday to Friday at 3:00pm - 6:15pm? Do you currently hold an Enhanced DBS, First Aid, or Safeguarding certification? If not, are you willing to obtain them? What excites you most about working with children in a camp or after school environment? How do you handle constructive feedback in a professional setting? Imagine you have a group of 20 children, and one child refuses to join an activity, another is arguing with a friend, and a parent asks a question at the same time. How would you handle this situation?
