Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented

Experienced Administrator

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and administrative functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality support. The role will involve working week of 42.5 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours alternative Saturdays.

The right candidate will have a wealth of relevant and appropriate experience in organising busy diaries and ensuring all key dates and deadlines are met, ensuring that Office procedures are followed appropriately across all the office Departments, assisting the office Financial Compliance Officer in maintaining office financial systems and undertaking general administrative duties.

Key responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members. Prepare reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to a high standard. Maintain filing systems, records, and databases in accordance with company policies and procedures. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
The daily routine will tend to include:

setting targets and objectives, monitoring progress, reviewing staff performance completing staff appraisals. Working closely within the team and with the Company Director to increase the business Liaising with landlord and tenants, Identifying opportunities to generate new business (instructions) Assisting with queries, tenancy issues and enquiries coming into the business Compliance with current and future legislation. Administration and record keeping. Utility management
Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role (minimum 3 years preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Professional, friendly, and approachable manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
