We are expanding our team and seeking a

highly experienced Aesthetic Practitioner

with a proven track record in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments within CQC-registered clinics or medical-led settings. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a growing client base who is looking to align with a brand that reflects the highest standards in modern aesthetic care.

Who We're Looking For



We are looking for a skilled, confident, and client-focused practitioner who:

Has

extensive hands-on experience

in advanced facial aesthetics, including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, skin boosters, and device-led treatments Has worked within

CQC-registered clinics

and alongside

medical professionals

such as doctors, dentists, or dermatologists Understands

clinical safety protocols

, patient confidentiality, and maintains meticulous hygiene and documentation standards Has familiarity with or experience using a

range of modern aesthetic technologies

(e.g. lasers, RF microneedling, ultrasound, etc.) Brings a

growing client base

and is passionate about client retention and long-term results Can confidently provide bespoke treatment plans based on a holistic, patient-centred approach Is warm, polished, and professional, with a discreet and service-oriented manner in keeping with a luxury clinic environment

Key Responsibilities



Consult and treat patients with advanced injectable and non-invasive aesthetic procedures Perform comprehensive skin and facial assessments and build tailored, ethical treatment plans Maintain accurate, CQC-compliant records and contribute to the clinical governance of the practice Collaborate seamlessly with our team of medical and dental professionals Educate clients on post-treatment care, ongoing skin health, and treatment maintenance Uphold the DNA Henley standard of care: subtle, natural enhancements in a refined, discreet setting Contribute to the clinic's reputation through client care, professionalism, and visible results

Requirements



Minimum

2-3 years of aesthetic experience

in a clinical, medical, or CQC-registered setting Fully insured and qualified in advanced dermal fillers and botulinum toxin NVQ Level 4+ (or equivalent) preferred; nurse, dental therapist, or prescribing qualifications a plus Familiarity with high-end clientele and ability to work in a polished, luxury environment Strong ethical framework and commitment to natural, evidence-based aesthetics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: 11.44-38.88 per hour
