Are you a skilled equine vet looking for a role that blends autonomy with hospital support? Ashbrook Equine Hospital is seeking a confident and motivated Ambulatory Equine Vet.

About the Role:

This is a first-opinion ambulatory role within a hospital-based setting, offering the best of both worlds:

Autonomy to work up and manage your own cases in the field. Seamless access to hospital diagnostics and treatment facilities. Diverse caseload including routine visits, emergencies and stud work. In-house elective and emergency surgical caseload and standing MRI unit. Collaboration with visiting specialists in dentistry, sarcoids, and internal medicine. Supportive, experienced team with excellent equipment.

About You:

We're looking for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and is passionate about clinical excellence. You'll bring:

Confidence in managing your own caseload. A proactive, team-oriented mindset. Excitement for contributing to the growth of the practice. Enthusiasm for stud work (a plus, but not essential).

We offer flexibility in working days; however, participation in the out-of-hours rota is required.
