We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join us as a BAKER. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of baked goods according to recipes and standards
Ensure all baked goods are prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene practices
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area at all times
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Experience
Experience in bakery work is essential
Knowledge of bakery procedures, including oven work and food safety standards , is highly desirable.
