Summary

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our vibrant team at Mondo Restaurant in the heart of the town. This role is crucial in enhancing our guests' experience by crafting delightful beverages and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed Handle cash and process transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Assist in training new bartenders when necessary

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation Excellent hospitality skills and customer-oriented attitude Understanding of food safety regulations Good time management skills to handle busy periods Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
