We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation to enhance the overall dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position is essential. Experience of working in a busy, high energy bar environment is very advantageous Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the industry. Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous. Barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings.
