Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at The Beeston Brownie Company in our shop in Beeston. In this role, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service while preparing high-quality beverages that complement our delicious brownie offerings. We are also looking for someone with social media skills so this will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station Ensure compliance with food safety standards Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers Assist with food preparation as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

Proven barista experience or relevant experience in a cafe environment Strong knowledge of food safety practices Excellent customer service skills Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good time management skills Passion for coffee and baked goods is a plus Honest & Reliable.
