We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team at Oasis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to basic maths principles. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality service. Participate in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. A genuine passion for coffee and customer service is essential. Ability to create Ate beautiful latte art is a must
