Job Opportunity: Experienced Barista and Front of House Staff

We're looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our busy team at Wellingtons. Your role will involve working closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient service while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers Take orders and serve food and drinks at tables Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, clearing tables promptly Build and maintain strong customer relationships Handle customer feedback--both positive and negative--with professionalism Ensure high standards in food and beverage presentation and service Support the kitchen team by managing the flow of customer orders Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a front-of-house role A friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills Availability to work weekend shifts Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer part-time and full-time hours, making this role flexible for the right candidates.

Shifts will include weekends and from March 2026, evenings also
