Key Responsibilities:

Greet and look after guests with a warm and friendly demeanour. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly. Manage reservations and coordinate table seating efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care. Maintain a clean and organised bar and restaurant. Assist with bar service as needed, including preparing and serving drinks. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

Previous experience is a must in this Front of House role. Essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture is a plus.
