Experienced Bar Tender / Cocktail Maker



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/ Cocktail Maker to join our dynamic team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in fine dining or late nightlife settings. As an experienced Bartender / Cocktail Maker , you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing attentive service.

Duties



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Utilise POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, including taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events such as banquets or catering functions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items alongside drinks. Monitor guest consumption levels and promote responsible drinking practices. Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail recipes, and new products to enhance the beverage menu.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy bar , restaurant or nightclub is mandatory Knowledge Beer cellar , Line cleaning , changing of Kegs and gas bottles is essential Strong knowledge of Cocktail making , fresstyle and Scripted super essential. Must have ability to prove all 3 skills set Bartendering , Cellar Knowledge and Cocktail making in live trail basis Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating tabs accurately. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with guests in a positive manner . hihg level of integrity and positive attitude required Experience POS systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with brewing coffee processes, cocktail preparation, and fine dining service standards is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in the hospitality industry. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
