Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Bartender/Cocktail Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest services.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately

- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Assist with food preparation when necessary

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area

- Handle guest queries and concerns with tact and efficiency

Experience:

- Previous experience in a bar/restaurant or hospitality environment.

- 1 year Cocktail making experience

- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately

- Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is beneficial
