Job Description

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team

While everyday will look different on shift the typical jobs are:

- Making drinks (including cocktails, coffees and draught),

- Stock management

- Bar closing and opening

- Bar cleaning

- Cellar monitoring

- Maintaining a clean and efficient work space

- Ensuring an adequate supply of ingredients

- Aiding management in maintaining stock levels

- Preparing the bar for busy periods

- Polishing glassware and other barback responsibilites

Qualifications

Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink preparation and service Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for guests Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Previous restaurant experience preferred Strong time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during busy periods
The pay is supplemented by generous tips averaging between 2.50 to 3 per hour. We also offer free food on shift and a 50% discount for you and another person across all the venues we are affiliated with.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
