We're looking for an
experienced bathroom surveyor
to join our small but growing team and hit the ground running to help maintain momentum!

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be actively booking and carrying out surveys at properties in and around South/Mid Wales,
Liaising with residents and social housing landlords to develop a schedule of work, prepare specifications and provide quotes for tendering in a timely manner,
Always thinking ahead, juggling resources, and making decisions in real time; knowing our fitters, understanding their work, and applying common sense to achieve dynamic scheduling,
Building relationships with suppliers and continually seeking effective procurement, pricing and delivery of materials to keep projects on track, and in accordance with legal requirements whilst demonstrating value for money,
Provide advice on specifications and troubleshooting ,
Assisting with technical compliance and project governance,
Tracking WIP (Work in Progress), job status, SLAs and KPIs
Forecasting labour availability and assigning jobs based on skillset and geography,
Carrying out inspections during and after project completion to ensure quality standards are being met.
About you
You will need to have a good working knowledge of building construction, ideally with an awareness of legionella and asbestos regulations.
You'll also need:
A valid driver's license
Industry experience - bathroom fitting, designing, product knowledge
Knowledge of SOR/Rate schedules
Good report and specification writing; numerate and literate, with a good standard of computer literacy (MS Office)
Excellent time management and accountability
Commercially astute, socially aware and committed to excellent customer service
A keen eye for detail
Great communication and co-ordination skills
Positivity, resilience and a sense of humour.
