is looking for a qualified and experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to join our growing team. We deliver high-quality residential refurbishments and new-builds across Cheshire and North Wales, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly -- from procurement to final account.

This is a great opportunity for a QS who enjoys working on complex, well-run projects and wants more ownership in a lean, ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage subcontractor packages and procurement Lead valuations, variations, and cost tracking Support project delivery with clear commercial oversight Collaborate with directors, site teams, and consultants Monitor project performance and flag commercial risks

What We're Looking For

5+ years' QS experience in residential construction Strong understanding of UK building contracts and pricing Confident communicator with attention to detail Able to work independently and manage multiple projects Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
