Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of beauty treatments, including waxing (hot and warm), intimate waxing, threading, gel nails including biab, manicures and pedicures, facials, massage, tinting and brow treatments and LVL. Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering tailored advice on beauty products and services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster loyalty. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is advantageous but not essential. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually learn and improve skills. Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour
