Beauty Therapist
Serenity is a busy salon with 3 locations in Potters Bar, Stevenage & Knebworth, Hertfordshire. We pride ourselves on giving our customers exceptional treatments and are looking for an experienced and confident therapist with a passion for the industry to join our team.

We are looking for a beauty therapist to be split between our Knebworth and Potters Bar locations, with at least 2 years experience in a busy salon. You must have at least an NVQ Level 3 Qualification. The ideal applicant will want to progress through further training and should be willing to work in a busy environment.

Proficiency & confidence in gel nails, pedicures, BIAB, waxing & massage is essential. Dermalogica training is preferred but full training will be given.

The role is part time and would cover 3 days per week - Wednesday 9:45am - 8:15pm, Thursday 9:45am - 8:15pm & Saturday 8:45am - 4:15pm. Wednesday & Thursday would be located in Knebworth. Saturdays would be one week based in Knebworth, and the next week based in Potters Bar. The position has the possibility to turn into a full time role.

We offer a starting wage which would be topped up by a generous commission and bonus scheme if targets are met. We offer this role on an employed basis including 5.6 weeks holiday pay, workplace pension, free treatments for staff & other benefits.

Starting Salary: 10.00 - 12.50 per hour (topped up by bonus and commission each month). Salary is dependant on experience and qualifications.
