Location: Teddington

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (9:00-5:00 or 10:00-6:00)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality beauty treatments in line with salon standards and client expectations Maintain a gentle, professional manner - ensuring every client feels comfortable and valued Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal clients while welcoming new ones Support the salon's online presence by capturing and sharing examples of your work (with client consent) for social media posts Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere

About You

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is essential Proven experience delivering a wide range of beauty treatments, ideally including some of the advanced services listed above A calm, professional, and friendly manner with excellent attention to detail Passion for customer care and the ability to provide a personalised, relaxing experience Confident, reliable, and a team player Comfortable using social media to showcase your work
