to join our established, privately owned and

CQC registered medical aesthetic clinic

in the heart of Winchester.

The Role

Part-time position (3 days per week) with the potential to increase hours after probation.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultations and treatments, building strong patient relationships, and helping to grow your diary in an ethical, solution-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high quality consultations and treatments, including: Laser Hair removal, HydraFacial, chemical peels, SkinPen, Create bespoke treatment plans and achieve excellent clinical outcomes Provide outstanding patient care at every step and maintain long-term relationships Assist with clinic marketing (before/afters, content ideas, social posts) Support daily clinic operations, administration, and reception tasks as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality Supporting colleagues and "mucking in" where needed. Help build your own patient base with support from the clinic owners

Requirements

Essential:

NVQ Level 3-4 (minimum) 2+ years' experience in a similar role Strong understanding of skin health and treatment planning Excellent communication, professionalism and client care skills Confidence with selling and treatment recommendations (ethical, patient-first) Ability to reliably commute to Winchester English language proficiency Driving Licence orability to commute easily by train

Desirable:

Laser Hair removal experience (Core of Knowledge) HydraFacial Skin pen/microneedling Skin peels Dermaplaning Microblading
