The Opportunity

We are recruiting a

qualified and experienced Brazer

to join our growing production team. You will work on high-quality refrigeration and heat pump plant assemblies, contributing to systems that demand precision, safety, and outstanding workmanship.

This is a permanent, workshop-based role offering consistency, regular hours, and the opportunity to be part of an ambitious and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Brazing copper and stainless-steel pipework to high standards Assembling pipework and mechanical components from engineering drawings Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with internal build standards Applying insulation/lagging as required Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient work environment Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting continuous improvement

Essential Requirements

Formal brazing qualifications

(e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent recognised certification)

Proven experience in commercial or industrial brazing

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Competence using hand and power tools relevant to pipework assembly Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable Experience

Background in refrigeration, HVAC, pipefitting, or mechanical systems Experience applying thermal insulation/lagging Familiarity with refrigeration plant, heat pumps, or industrial mechanical assemblies
