We're looking for an

experienced, hands-on Supervisor

to join our management team and help lead daily operations, motivate the front-of-house team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the front-of-house team during busy shifts to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Lead by example with a hands-on approach to guest service, team support, and problem-solving. Manage daily floor operations, including table plans, reservations, and shift handovers. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent and friendly service. Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure swift resolution of any issues. Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with stock control, ordering, and cashing up as required. Support management with scheduling, staff performance, and operational improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue. Strong leadership and communication skills. Confident in handling high-volume service and fast-paced environments. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Reliable, proactive, and professional with great attention to detail. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
