Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Operate basic machinery and tools, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tools is advantageous. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
